Message into such a project making it very unattractive from a cost standpoint. It's not as simple as recreating the Al mani in plastic. The mating surfaces need to be designed in such a way to prevent warpage, mounting holes would need steel inserts, etc...

Speaking from a completely theortetical POV, it would be interesting to see what kind of flow and thermal improvements could be achieved with such a design. Would it be enough to justify the expense (and burning of brain cells)? Maybe, but only to the hardcore who are looking to gain every last ounce of power.
